He has over 35 years of experience in the banking sector and has been serving as the Chairman of a Cooperative Society for the past 10 years. He has worked closely with community members, especially during the COVID-19 period, providing critical support when it was most needed. During the pandemic, the cooperative society under his leadership supported 100+ vegetable vendors and auto-rickshaw drivers by providing zero-interest loans, helping them sustain their livelihoods during a time of severe economic disruption.

He has over 25 years of experience in training, placement, entrepreneurship development, and community support for students and hospital patients. He has especially supported students and illiterate individuals from rural areas in securing employment, enabling around 3,400 placements in private companies and private banking sectors. He has organized 75+ programs including soft skills training, hard skills training, entrepreneurship development programs, and industrial placement and campus interaction sessions. He has also worked with Community College and Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) schemes. To enhance academic preparedness, particularly for rural students, competitive exam aspirants, and diploma engineering students, he has authored two mathematics formula books that simplify complex concepts and strengthen foundational understanding.
